The Annual Parish Meeting will be held in Chinley Community Centre on Lower Lane, Chinley on Wednesday 18 May 2022 starting at 7:30pm.
You have the opportunity to bring any matters affecting this parish to the attention of Parish Councillors in order to help shape priorities for the year ahead.

Jubilee Scarecrows
Jubilee Scarecrows are coming to Chinley and Buxworth!
To help celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, we are asking businesses and residents to decorate and display a scarecrow on a royal or red/white/blue theme in the run up to the Jubilee weekend.

Community Litter-Picks in Chinley and Buxworth
The Parish Council have organised two litter-picks in April as follows:
Chinley - Saturday 02 April - Meet on Squirrel Green at 10am
Buxworth - Sunday 03 April - Meet at the Buxworth Rec Car Park at 10am
Everyone welcome! Equipment provided. Children must be accompanied by an adult please.

Planning Permission Approved for new Community Centre Building
