The Parish Council and Community Association are delighted to share that we have been successful with our bid to the National Lottery for £490,000 towards our new Community Centre! A huge thank you to those who have worked so hard on this bid over a long period of time. This lottery investment is subject to securing the final bits of the funding jigsaw, but it means we're closer than we've ever been to a new building for current and future generations to use and enjoy. We have a number of other funding bids currently being considered and others in the pipeline. Later in the spring we will be launching a crowdfunding campaign and we will need the support of the whole community to get us over the line. We are looking for people to help organise the campaign, fundraise on our behalf, donate prizes or rewards and to make financial contributions.
