Resumption of face-to-face Parish Council Meetings

The Parish Council must now meet in-person as the legislation that allowed for remote meetings to take place has now expired. To allow for social distancing all meetings will be held in the Community Centre at 21 Lower Lane, Chinley for the foreseeable future. A full risk assessment has been carried out and Covid-safe measures will be implemented.

Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings in person although there is limited space available. Alternatively, representations may be made in writing or by email in advance of a meeting which will be read out during the agenda item 'Open Forum'. We will also attempt to show the meeting remotely via www.zoom.us.

The first face-to-face meeting will be the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council which will be held on Thursday 27 May 2021 starting at 7:30pm in Chinley Community Centre. If you plan to attend please remember your face mask!
