Councillor Mrs Caroline Rofer
Brought up on the family farm in Buxworth. Attended primary school in Buxworth, where I am now a governor, and secondary school in Buxton. After studying Near Eastern Studies at university entered teaching profession, teaching and administrating in Lebanon, UAE, London, Bath and Devon. On retirement, came home to Chinley and joined the Parish Council.
