Update on co-option and vacancies

Penny Took was co-opted back onto the Parish Council at the June 2023 meeting. Two vacancies still exist and applications are being invited from suitably qualified persons wishing to stand for co-option. More »

The Parish Council are particularly interested in hearing from people who:

- live in Buxworth and/or can represent the interests of residents living there

- have a keen interest in the management of our local open spaces and recreational facilities

- are able to carry out inspections and/or general maintenance tasks

If you do not meet these criteria, but are passionate about becoming a councillor and making a difference to our community, we still want to hear from you.
